Japan Homes are currently engaging in the House + Land package project in Pokeno, South Auckland.
It is very hard but we try our best to lower the price less than $700,000 for a house (Apprx. 200-240m2) + a land (Apprx. 330-400m2).
Each stand alone double storey home is planned to have 4-5 bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, Single or Double Garage.

We also include Japanese Style Design in the new homes. The development is going to be complete in 2017.
